EXSAS INVITATIONAL GOLF TOURNAMENT 2009.
Letter of Invitation
EXSAS is the alumni of Sekolah Menengah Sains Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah (SEMSAS), the first premier boarding school in Pahang. We have been in existence for 10 years and actively pursuing agenda for the benefit of members, SEMSAS and also the community at-large. In keeping with our ongoing mission and ensuing activities, we are planning to organize a two-pronged objective golf tournament. The details of the event are as follows:
- Event Date : Wednesday, 11 March 2009
- Venue : Impian Golf and Country Club, Kajang, Selangor
- Fees : RM250.00 inclusive of Breakfast, Lunch, Green Fees, Insurance and Twin Sharing of Buggy & Caddy
The main purpose of this event is to enhance closer relationships between members but also to establish new ties with our other associates.
Another objective is to generate funds in support of EXSAS' activities. The two major programs that are currently earmarked to benefit from this fundraising exercise are:
- Motivational and career opportunity programs for the bright but needy students in Pahang.
- Leadership development programs for students of SEMSAS.
Notable invitees for this event are TYT Tun Datuk Seri Utama Mohd Khalil Yaakob (Tuan YDP Negeri Melaka) as the guest of honor and Dato' Abd Ghafar Mahmud (formerly the Headmaster of SEMSAS and now the Chief Nazir at Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia) who will be the honorary patron.
On behalf of EXSAS and the organizing committee, we proudly invite all our golfing members to participate in this event. We would also appreciate your supports for extending this invitation to other EXSAS members, your friends and also associates to hopefully enliven the event further.
